Singer Niniola has continued to mourn her husband Michael Ndika days after announcing his death.

Niniola had last week Wednesday revealed that her husband died, writing on Instagram Stories, “God took him.”

In an update shared on Instagram on Thursday, Niniola posted a photo of herself and her late husband while expressing the pain of losing him.

She wrote,“I find myself waiting, expecting Michael to walk through the door … My BEST FRIEND my CONFIDANT my PILLAR my Gossip Partner my LAUGHTER my JOY GIVER my Provider my business partner my HUSBAND my BROTHER HE was the air I breathe I can’t survive this… I looked forward to him coming home everytime he went out… Even in the house we were always together He never wanted me to be away from him .. Always wanted me to be by his side I’m naturally a LONER and Micheal was all that I needed because he was one in a Million … He touched my life in different capacities And God took him from me.”

Niniola had earlier disclosed that they were together for 13 years, revealing for the first time that they had been privately married.

Michael Ndika was the chief executive officer of NaijaReview, a multimedia platform focused on Afro house and African music. The cause of his death has not been made public.

Niniola, born Niniola Apata, gained fame after participating in Project Fame West Africa in 2013. She later became known for songs such as ‘Maradona’ and ‘Sicker.’ She is also the elder sister of singer Teni.
