Rapper Ice Prince has shared details of the lifestyle changes behind his weight loss, pointing to celibacy, diet adjustments and exercise among the factors.

Ice Prince posted a video on Instagram on Thursday showing his slimmer appearance. He said his journey reflects grace and described himself as still a work in progress.

In the post, he listed several habits he has removed from his routine, including sugar, alcohol, wine, energy drinks, soda, noodles, pasta and bread. He also said he no longer uses seed or vegetable oil and has quit smoking.

He added that he observes celibacy, walks daily in the morning and evening, and maintains regular workouts. He also said he drinks water, homemade smoothies, coconut water, ginger tea, green tea or black coffee.

According to him, he follows an eating pattern that includes OMAD four times a week and TWOMAD three times a week, alongside a diet split of 50 percent protein, 30 percent vegetables and 20 percent carbohydrates.

He also noted that he sleeps between six and seven hours daily, goes to bed by 10pm, reads for one hour daily, and chews gum while staying focused on his personal routine.

Ice Prince added that he has never used drugs or supplements in his life.
