Drake brings Wizkid out for performance at London concert

Canadian rapper, Drake, brought out pop singer, Wizkid, for a performance at his ‘Assassination Vacation’ concert holding at the O2 Arena in London.

Fresh off the completion of a tour in Canada, Wizkid performed at the 20,000 capacity venue in the United Kingdom on Tuesday.

He proceeded to perform his 2017 hit single, ‘Come Closer,’ featuring Drake and 2018 viral single, ‘Soco.’

Drake and Wizkid have collaborated on two songs in the past, in 2016, off his album Views, Drake featured the Nigerian act and Kyla on ‘One Dance.’

Wizkid returned the favour on his 2017 mixtape, Sounds from the Other Side, featuring Drake on the much loved, Come Closer.’

While on tour in Canada, the ‘Fever’ singer had promised fans at a press conference in Toronto, Canada that he was working on new singles with Drake, “I want you guys to know that new Wizkid-Drake is coming soon,” he said.

On Monday, Afro-House singer, Niniola, announced that Drake had started following her on Instagram.
