Actress Funke Akindele has reacted to a video of her colleague Rita Dominic crying while preparing for her white wedding.
Rita and Fidelis Anosike got married in North Yorkshire England on Saturday, November 26.
In a video making rounds on social media, an emotional Rita is seen shedding tears of joy while her friend and colleague Michelle Dede styled her.
In the video, actress Kate Henshaw who attended the wedding also got emotional seeing Rita in tears.
Reacting to the video, Funke shared the post on her Instagram account on Wednesday with a crying emoji.
Captioning the video, the 45-year-old tagged Rita and Kate saying, “Glory be to God.”
Rita recently revealed how a ban on transit flights by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) almost ruined her wedding.
In an appreciation post on Instagram on Tuesday, the actress recollected how the UAE ban almost ruined the wedding but her designer Michael Nardi came to the rescue by going above and beyond to make the event a success.
She wrote: “Thank God for a beautiful weekend full of love and joy. Thank you to @michael5inco for making my dream wedding gown. It was a lot of hard work and patience since we were in two different countries.
“The UAE ban almost ruined it all but designer @michael_nardi_ who you see in this video came to the rescue by going and above and beyond to make the necessary alterations and final fittings. So huge hugs to both.”
