Former aviation minister Femi Fani-Kayode has celebrated his ex-wife Precious Chikwendu and their triplets on their birthday.
In a post shared on X on Monday, Mr Fani-Kayode described Chikwendu as a source of support for their children and said he was proud of her.
“Happy birthday to my three handsome triplets Ragnar, Aiden and Liam and to their beautiful mother, my ex-wife, Precious,” he wrote.
“To Precious, the mother of my children, I say thank you for being such a pillar of strength and a source of inspiration for our four sons.”
The former minister also said he and Chikwendu had found peace despite going their separate ways.
“We went through so much and had our differences over the years but isn’t it wonderful how the Lord has established the peace between us for the sake and love of our children,” he added.
Fani-Kayode praised Chikwendu for her role in raising their children and described her as one of his “closest confidantes.”
Chikwendu also celebrated the birthday of the triplets in a post on Instagram, describing them as her “three wise men.”
“The ones that hold my heart, kidney, and liver, I celebrate you,” she wrote.
The former beauty queen also shared a message celebrating herself and reflecting on her life journey.
“Today, I celebrate the gift of life, growth, grace, and becoming,” she said.
Fani-Kayode and Chikwendu got married in 2014 and separated in 2020. They have four sons together.
Their relationship attracted public attention after their separation, with both parties involved in disagreements over co-parenting and access to their children.
