The Police in Lagos has arrested two men, Razaq Oke and Don-Chima George, for allegedly drugging and raping a woman.

The duo allegedly took the 23-year-old to a club on Saturday, February 2.

They were reported to have mixed the young woman’s drink with a substance that made her weak and almost unconscious.

Oke, 28, then went with George, 25, to Dallankester Hotels in Lekki Phase one, owned by George’s father.

The suspects allegedly took turns to rape her and recorded the act.

When the victim woke up from the induced sleep, she confronted the suspects who denied having carnal knowledge of her.

The unnamed victim, after the effect of the drug had waned, confronted the two men who denied touching her. She, however, placed a call to her elder brother complaining that she had been violated.

Her brother immediately contacted policemen from Maroko Division to the scene.

During a search on the suspects, the police recovered their phones, went through their video recordings, and saw a video of the duo sexually abusing the unconscious victim.

Lagos Police commissioner, Edgal Imohimi, has directed the Gender Section of the Command to investigate and prosecute the suspects.
