A member of the Progressive Young Women Forum (PYWF), popularly known on Twitter as Ada Anambra, has fired back at the critics of her interview on AIT.

Ada Anambra appeared on the broadcast station on November 4 where she spoke on the plan of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its presidential candidate Bola Tinubu to include young women in governance if elected.

She also defended the Buhari administration’s handling of the economy.

Her critics accused her of lacking intelligence.

Ada Anambra said she saw a “cut and join” video from her AIT interview, accusing her critics of doctoring the clips.

She said, “Saw a viral cut & join video from d AIT outing. The truth is out there & any reasonable individual can relate.

“Coming into office, APC govt was welcomed with debt and recession, from it, to Covid-19 pandemic and now global inflation which is affecting every country from US, UK, etc.”

She noted that “every Nigerian should be proud of @MBuhari, that man saved us and managed the economy that the ongoing inflation is not hitting us that bad. If you doubt, go to Ghana and hear their cry.”

Ada Anambra also debunked rumour that she attended Federal Polytechnic, Oko and was sponsored by the Peter Obi administration in Anambra.

“Please disregard this propaganda. I Studied at National Open University, Awka, Anambra State. Groomed, trained and sponsored by my ever loving parents!” She tweeted.

Reacting to those who criticised her for supporting Tinubu despite the fact that her fellow Anambra native, Peter Obi, is on the ballot, she said, “So someone from Anambra should not support Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu because @PeterObi is on the ballot box? But someone from Lagos should support Peter obi? Southeast, who really bewitched us? Indeed we have a long way to go!!!”

Ada Anambra alleged that some persons called her “parents to threaten and abuse them for raising a daughter like me.”

She said they would “labour in vain”.
