Media personality Roby Ekpo has reacted after his wife, Mayowa Ekpo, reportedly got married to another man in Texas, United States.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday, Roby shared his feelings and explained how he is coping with the situation. He also appreciated those who reached out to him during the period.
“My people, thank you for the calls and messages. I really appreciate y’all,” he wrote.
Roby said he has moved past the most difficult stage but did not give full details about what led to the situation between him and Mayowa.
“I have overcome the hard part. Make we no talk too much because the story long well well,” he said.
The comedian and radio presenter also wished Mayowa, who is also a media personality, well in her marriage while suggesting it is her alleged third wedding.
“Happy married life Mayowa, may this third marriage be beautiful and may it last,” he added.
He ended his message with “Life no too hard like that”.
Roby Ekpo and Mayowa Ekpo got married in November 2015 after meeting on Instagram, although they kept most details of their relationship private. Over the years, they occasionally shared public moments, including anniversary and family related posts.
Neither Roby nor Mayowa has publicly confirmed any separation. However, recent reports of a wedding involving Mayowa in Texas have sparked public attention and renewed interest in their relationship status.
