Media personality Frank Edoho has confirmed the end of his second marriage, describing it as a process he has quietly dealt with for about two years.

In a statement shared on Instagram on Tuesday, the former host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? said the public only recently became aware of the development, even though he had already been going through separation and divorce proceedings privately.

Frank said he appreciated the messages and support he has received since the news became public.

He wrote, “Over the past few days, I’ve received an outpouring of kind messages, prayers, concern, and goodwill regarding my separation and ongoing divorce proceedings. I truly appreciate the empathy. While I understand that the public is only just becoming aware of this chapter, I have lived through it privately for quite some time now (almost 2 years) and have since made peace with it emotionally.”

He added that he believes life moves in different seasons and said he has chosen to move forward quietly.

“Life unfolds in different seasons, and sometimes, moving forward quietly is the most dignified path one can take. I am well. Focused. At peace. And deeply grateful for the love, respect, and support so many of you continue to show me.”

Frank was previously married to broadcaster Katherine Obiang, with whom he has three children. Their marriage ended in 2010 after seven years.

He later married Sandra Onyenucheya in 2014. The union, which also produced children, has now come to an end.

Frank, who became widely known as the host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, has also spoken in earlier interviews about the challenges of both marriages, saying he gave his best in each relationship while acknowledging they eventually did not work out.

He remains one of Nigeria’s most recognisable television presenters, known for his long-running role on the game show which first aired in 2004 and returned in 2022 after a break.
