Davido alleges denial of Eko Atlantic for December show

Popular musician, Davido, has alleged that he has been denied use of Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island, Lagos as venue for his end of the year show.

In a message posted on Twitter on Wednesday, the ‘Assurance’ singer made allusions to political powers attempting to sabotage his show because of his support for his uncle during the 2018 Osun State gubernatorial election.

He added that he will be announcing a new venue soon.

Davido was heavily involved in the campaign to get his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke, elected as Osun governor in September.

The 25-year-old also performed at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national convention held in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on October 6, 2018.

He hosted the 2017 edition of his end of year show tagged 30 Billion Concert at the Eko Hotel, also in Victoria Island.
