Actor Alexx Ekubo has died at the age of 40 after a reported battle with cancer, according to multiple reports on Tuesday.
Known for his roles in romantic comedies and drama films, Alexx was one of the familiar faces in contemporary Nollywood, with a career that spanned acting, modelling and humanitarian work.

Alexx was born on April 10, 1986, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He is from Arochukwu in Abia State and was known for speaking English, Igbo and Hausa.
