Woman gives birth to baby boy at SCOAN

A woman has been delivered of a baby boy during service at the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) on Sunday, July 3.

According to a Facebook post by the church, the woman identified simply as Helen was due for delivery on July 17.

The church said she testified that she had been battling with ‘spirit husband’ who threatened to kill her.

The post read, “Helen, who was delivered of a bouncing baby boy during the service this morning, testified about how she had been suffering from the affliction of a spirit husband, who had been threatening to take her life.

“Although she had been given a due date of July 17 and her pregnancy had been having some complications, Helen had her baby without any trouble as the evangelist ministered prayer on her with the New Anointing Water.”

The church noted that Helen was told she would have a baby girl during a scan.

“Interestingly, a scan had shown that Helen’s baby was female. She advised people not to give up on God. Helen’s mother also thanked God for His goodness,” the church said.

Encouraging the public to believe God for their own miracles, SCOAN said, “Indeed, we continue to see the evidence of Jesus Christ in our lives. Wherever you are, just believe! Only Jehovah has the final say!”

The Synagogue church regularly announces miracles at its Sunday service. Despite his status, the church’s late founder Prophet TB Joshua was treated as an outsider in the Christian community in Nigeria because of his methods.
