Six albums to expect before end of 2015

It is almost the end of the year and Nigerian artistes keep delivering their unique kind of music. While artistes like Iyanya, Orezi, Samklef and Skales have already released their albums, some are expected to deliver their offering before 2015 ends. Here are six albums you should expect before 2016.

  1. Runtown

runtown‘Gallardo’ singer, Runtown, on Friday announced that he will release his first studio album titled Ghetto University in November.  The album will include singles like ‘Domot’ ‘Baby Answer’ and ‘The Banger’ featuring Uhuru.

  1. Dj Spinall

DJ SpinallPopular disk jockey, DJ Spinall, is set to release his debut album, My Story, on October 29.The 16-track project will contain collaborations with various A-List artistes including Ice Prince, Olamide, Mafikizolo, Reminisce and Yemi Alade.

  1. Wande Coal

Wande CoalWande Coal’s sophomore album titled Wanted will be released on October 26. Wanted, which, according to Wande Coal, is for his haters and supporters will include singles like ‘Baby Hello’, ‘Ashimapeyin’ and ‘My Way’. The album will also feature top acts including AKA and 2face Idibia.

  1. Bez

Bez IdakulaFour years after his debut album, Super Sun, alternative soul singer, Bez, is set to release his second album titled Gbayi Chid. The ‘My Baby’ singer will also hold an exclusive listening party on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Fuse Lounge, Victoria Island, Lagos.

  1. Burna Boy

Burna BoyReggae/dancehall act, Burna Boy, will release his sophomore album titled On a Spaceship in November.  The album, which is a follow up from L.I.F.E, will include singles like ‘Follow Me’, ‘Rockstar’, ‘Check and Balance’ and ‘Soke’

  1. Davido

DavidoAfter postponing his album release date twice, Omo Baba Olowo, Davido promised his fans that his album will be dropping this year. Reports have it that the ‘Skelewu’ singer is set to release his album by November.
