Senator Shehu Sani has lost his Ungwar Sarki ward 020 polling unit to the senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Uba Sani.
Sani is of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP).
The PRP scored 51 votes, APC polled 236 votes, while the PDP got 34 votes.
Assistant Polling Officer 1 for the unit, Umar Sanusi, after sorting and counting, announced that President Muhammadu Buhari of the APC polled 292 votes while Atiku Abubakar of the PDP got 23 votes.
