Saraki shares throwback photo of school days to mark World Teachers’ Day

Former Senate President Bukola Saraki on Thursday shared a throwback photo of his days in school to celebrate World Teachers’ Day (WTD).

World Teachers’ Day is celebrated annually on October 5.

Saraki said the WTD reminds him of the priceless lessons his teachers imparted to him throughout his academic journey.

The former governor of Kwara State hailed every teacher who has made sacrifices for the profession, adding that they are appreciated and valued.

“On this #WorldTeachersDay, I’m reminded of the invaluable lessons and values my teachers imparted to me throughout my academic journey. Their teachings on perseverance, discipline, and the importance of service to the community have helped mould me into the person I am today.
