Actress Eniola Badmus has said that Nigerians buy the cheapest fuel in the world.

Eniola made this known during a recent interview on Instagram Live with media personality Daddy Freeze.

The 40-year-old disclosed that she threw her support behind President Bola Tinubu because he is a cheerful giver and always wants to lend a helping hand to others. She also described him as a great philanthropist.

According to Eniola, many people are blaming Tinubu for the hike in fuel price because they don’t understand what fuel subsidy means.

She said, “Aside from me supporting him (Tinubu) I believe in him, I have seen what he has done, what he is still going to do, I have never seen a philanthropist as great as our current president, whether he knows you or does not know you, immediately he hears your problem, it’s solved.

“A lot of these people they do not know what fuel subsidy is. Even till now, we still buy the cheapest fuel in the world.”
