Actress Sola Sobowale has received congratulations from Mouka Nigeria after being honoured with the industry merit award at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA).
The award ceremony took place on Saturday at Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos, where Sola was recognised alongside veteran actor Kanayo O. Kanayo for their contributions to the film industry.
Mouka Nigeria, in a post shared on its official Instagram page on Monday, celebrated the actress, who is also its brand ambassador.

The industry merit award is one of the special recognition categories at the AMVCA, presented to individuals who have made long standing contributions to the growth of African film and television.
Sola Sobowale is one of Nollywood’s most recognisable figures, known for her roles in productions such as King of Boys, The Wedding Party and Ohun Oko Somida.
