Lupita Nyong’o unveils two magazine covers in two days

12 Years a Slave actress, Lupita Nyong’o, is a shining star reflecting her light on magazine covers.

Within two days, the Kenyan-Mexican beauty has unveiled two magazine covers with her beautiful face on it.

The former Black Women In Hollywood honouree on Tuesday revealed she is the cover girl of the January issue of ESSENCE magazine.

Lupita, who is covering the publication for the first time speaks about her humble beginnings, winning in Hollywood and her coveted role in Star Wars and The Force Awaken.

Photographed by famed Greg Lotus, the Oscar award winner sports a tempting look has her skin glistens in the shot.

Just a day ago, Lupita unveiled her cover for Rhapsody magazine where she rocks a quirky bob hairstyle.

Inside the magazine, the 32-year-old makes funny faces in a black and white photo.

She also speaks on her encounter with renowned actor, Ralph Fiennes, when she was just starting out.

Lupita’s role as Patsey in Steve McQueen’s historical drama 12 Years a Slave (2013) earned her an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and received a standing ovation at the ceremony for her performance.

Set to wow critics in Eclipsed, a Broadway play about four captive wives of a rebel soldier in the Liberian Civil War come February, Lupita is currently producing and starring in an adaptation of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s Americanah with Brad Pitt’s company Plan B.

She is also the cover girl in ELLE’s January issue, which is on sale from December 3
