The duo have been locked in a war of words on social media since last Saturday.

In an Instagram post on Wednesday which she categorised as strictly for her family and fans, the actress said she was sorry for the pain the feud must have cost them.

“I want to tell you guys that I know I have cost you so much worries and pain. I’m so sorry. I mean my people, my fans, my family,” she said.

“I would never stoop so low to start trouble unnecessarily but later you will see the reason why I’m doing this.”

On Monday, lawyers representing Toyin Abraham wrote to Anjorin demanding a public apology for accusing Abraham of cyber-bullying.

Anjorin had on Saturday said that Toyin opened multiple Instagram accounts to troll her.

She also said that Toyin leaked damaging reports about her to blogs.
