Actor turned lawmaker Desmond Elliot has been filmed speaking Ibibio on his birthday.
In an Instagram post on Friday, the movie star shared a video of him speaking the language.
He wrote: “I think it means happy birthday to me in (Ibibio).”
The Lagos State House of Assembly also celebrated the politician on Instagram.
