The All Progressives Congress (APC) has denied Minister of Communication, Adebayo Shittu, clearance from the Oyo State governorship primaries holding on Saturday.
A statement released by the party on Thursday indicates that Shittu was denied clea for non possession of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate.
