Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing, and her crew were attacked by street urchins, popularly known as area boys, on a movie set on Friday.
The incident took place at Harmony Estate, Ajah, Lagos State.

Nkechi, who was shooting a movie titled Torera, raised the alarm in an Instagram post.
The 30-year-old called on the public to alert the police to prevent the lowlifes from killing her.
“If you love me and you don’t want me dead, please send as many police officers to Harmony Estate in Lamgbasa now. Area boys are threatening to kill everyone on this set,” she pleaded.

She later posted a video showing her torn cloth and some criminal elements rough handling her.
Giving an update when things had apparently been brought under control, an angry Nkechi said she had offered to give the hooligans N15,000 but they demanded N50,000.

Broda Shaggi, who was also on the movie set, volunteered to give them extra N10,000 but they refused.
“Dear stupid Lamgbasa boys, I will find you and you must pay dearly because I am sure most of you will see this post,” she boasted, vowing that nothing will stop her from completing the project.
