Actress Allwell Ademola has opened up on her relationship with her colleague Rotimi Salami.
The duo recently reacted to a post by a blogger who alleged that they were having an affair.
Rotimi who celebrated his 40th birthday earlier in December, shared a screenshot of the report on his Instagram account.
The post also described Rotimi as Allwell’s “alleged lover” as the two often play around on social media.
“Actress Allwell Ademola celebrates alleged lover “Rotimi Salami” birthday as he clocks 40 yrs today,” the report read.
Reacting to the post, the two friends laughed off the report and promoted their new movie instead.
However, during a recent interview with QEDNG on the red carpet of Toyin Abraham’s new film Malaika, Allwell finally talked about the kind of relationship she has with Rotimi.

She called Rotimi her brother and gist partner.
“He is my brother, in one word, my brother, my gist partner but he is family,” she said.
Rotimi married his wife Jumoke in 2015.
According to the actor, he met Jumoke on the set of a TV series titled Dear Mother.
The couple celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary on June 14.
