Alibaba celebrates wife’s 50th birthday

Veteran comedian and actor, Alibaba, on Wednesday celebrated his wife, Mary Akpobome, as she clocked 50.

In a series of post on Instagram, Alibaba shared beautiful pictures of his wife and he appreciated her beauty.

The 53-year-old expressed his love to Mary, appreciating her hard work, strength and perseverance.

“Happy 50th Birthday to @mummymary_ you deserve a huge celebration. You have persevered. You have laboured. You worked hard. You sacrificed. You prayed. You hustled. You put in the time. You were bruised. You were discounted… still you rose.

“Above everything you had God. You had friends. You had mentors. You had family. You had guts. You have it all… so happy 50th Birthday my MTO… MaryB… MaBrandi… love you scatter,” he wrote.

Alibaba and Mary got married in Lekki, Lagos in 2006.

Before then, the funnyman was married to Trinidad and Tobago beauty, Patricia Leon, who worked as an executive with MultiChoice in Lagos.

He returned to Mary, with whom he had had a relationship after his marriage to Patricia ended.
