Actor Yul Edochie on Friday surprised his daughter Danielle with his presence at her matriculation ceremony.
The 40-year-old who posted photos of the event on Instagram said that Danielle could not back her excitement because she never expected him to show up.
The actor added that he had to put his work on hold to attend the event because his family will always come first.
He wrote: “She couldn’t hold back her excitement. She didn’t know I would turn up cos I was out of Lagos when we spoke 2 days ago. I had to put my work on hold and fly in for her matriculation. Family first. Big achievement for my daughter.
“Congratulations @danielleyuledochie on your matriculation. Daddy is super proud of you. In our matriculation days (1998) they called up jambites. I don’t know what they call you guys now. Whatever it is, enjoy your day.”
