Billionaire businessman Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has celebrated his friend and business associate, real estate mogul Kennedy Okonkwo, on his 48th birthday.
In an Instagram post on Sunday, Obi Cubana praised Okonkwo for his work ethic, leadership and family values.
“Celebrating one of the greatest that God has made, @nedokonkwo,” he began.
Cubana commended Okonkwo’s “belief in hard and smart work” and his “passion for excellence,” noting that he has consistently shown dedication to his family and community.
He also highlighted Okonkwo’s love for his people, saying, “Your love for umunne gi… You are a special breed, nwanne nke m!”
Concluding his message, Cubana added, “Today I join the world in wishing you the best and an amazing happy birthday. Forever blessed.”
Kennedy Okonkwo is the founder and chief executive officer of Nedcomoaks Limited, a Lagos-based real estate company known for projects such as Victoria Crest Homes.
He also leads the Kennedy Okonkwo Foundation, which focuses on education and youth empowerment.
