Veteran DJ Midas dies after brief illness

Rhythm FM has announced the death of veteran disc jockey, Micheal Adedoyin, better known as DJ Midas.

The 45 years old died on Tuesday, September 27 after a brief illness.

He joined the radio station 1998 as pioneer in-house DJ.

The management of Silverbird Communications, owners of Rhythm FM, and the deceased’s colleagues have expressed shock at the sudden passing of the popular deejay.

Many have left condolence messages on his Facebook page.
