Veteran actor Charles Okafor is set to make his cinema comeback in Mercy Aigbe’s soon-to-be-released film Ada Omo Daddy after seven years.

Mercy revealed the star-studded cast in an Instagram post on Tuesday, where she also asked her fans who they are looking forward to seeing in the movie, with the majority calling Charles Okafor.

“Which cast member are you most excited to see? Buckle up for a wild ride with this cast of all-stars. These casts will bring you laughter, joy, and tears with their powerful performances…….Ada Omo Daddy is coming to a cinema near you on Dec 15, 2023,” she wrote.

The rest of the cast includes Mercy Aigbe, Sola Sobowale, Dele Odule, Tomi Ojo, Fred Amata, Nkechi Blessing, Chinweta Agu, Carol King, Tayo Faniran, Adeniyi Johnson, Wumi Toriola, Omowunmi Dada, Mariam Peters.

Ada Omo Daddy will be Charles Okafor’s return to the cinema after featuring the 2016 award-winning film 93 Days with Bimbo Akintola, Franca Brown, Sola Oyebade, Somkele Iyamah, Seun Kentebe, Keppy Kkpenyong and American actor Danny Glover.

Charles, 63, has been featured in several hit movies like Igodo, Domitila, End of the Wicked, Abuja Boys, Prophecy, Bleeding Love, Oracle, Executive Connection, Conspiracy, Blood Billionaires and Omalinze.
