Singer, Tope Alabi, actress, Joke Muyiwa and music entrepreneur, Bimbo Esho, took to social media to celebrate singer, Ebenezer Obey, on his 78th birthday.
They all shared their messages on Friday.
Tope wrote, “Happy birthday to our father Baba Ebenezer Obey Fabiyi, more years in good and sound health in Jesus name. More grace sir.”
While Joke wrote, “Happy birthday to you legendary Ebenezer Obey commander. Thanks for everything sir. I am so happy @iamthespis got a single with you.”
While Bimbo Esho’s message, which she shared on Facebook read, “Happy birthday to you on this 78th occasion of yours. Happy birthday to you Chief Commander. Many happy returns. Bless you dad.”
Ebenezer Obey was born on April 3, 1942, in Lagos.
Some of his popular songs include ‘Olomi Gbo Temi’, ‘The horse, the man, and the Son’ and ‘Iba Foluwa’.
