Before his death was announced on Friday, Yoruba actor Dejo Tunfulu advised his fans and colleagues to always be themselves and love their work.
The actor, born Kunle Mak-Tokunbo, shared the message in an Instagram post on Wednesday and was confirmed dead two days later.
The 49-year-old said people should always stay true to their craft because no one else is better at it.
Sharing a scene from one of his movies, he wrote: “Just be yourself and love your work there is no one better than you.”
