Saraki, Ibori, Odigie-Oyegun, others grace wedding of Natasha Akpoti, Uduaghan

Former governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Kogi State Natasha Akpoti on Saturday got married to Emmanuel Uduaghan, the Alema of Warri kingdom, Delta State at a ceremony that had the nation’s who’s who in attendance.

The wedding, which took place in the bride’s hometown Obeiba in Ihima, Kogi had the Ohinoyi of Ebira land, King Ado Ibrahim as chief host, and a former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress John Odigie-Oyegun as chairman.

Also at the wedding was the Olu of Warri, former governors of Delta James Ibori and Emmanuel Uduaghan; former Senate President, Bukola Saraki; Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa; minister of Niger Delta affairs, Godswill Akpabio.

National chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Iyiorcha Ayu led members of the party’s national working committee to the wedding.

Others present were minister of state, mines and steel, Uche Ogah; and a former deputy governor of Kogi, Philip Salawu.

Some of the nation’s celebrities who added colour to the wedding include 2Baba, Iyanya, Oritsefemi, Kizz Daniel, Daddy Showkey, Bovi, Faze, Danfo Driver, Praiz, Hypeman, and Do2dtun.
