Pop singer, Runtown, has won the court case brought against him in March 2018 by his former record label, Eric Many Entertainment.

The judgment was delivered by a Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday, January 23.

Presiding judge, Justice O.A Musa, ordered the restraining order placed on Runtown stopping him from performing his songs to be immediately lifted.

Eric Many was instructed to stop interfering in affairs concerning the 28-year-old musician.

Born Douglas Jack Agu, Runtown has been locked in legal battle with Eric Many Entertainment since 2017 over differing claims ranging from royalty to revenue sharing.

He joined the label in 2014 after the success of his hit single, ‘Gallardo.’
