Nollywood practitioners Rita Edochie and Jerry Amilo have met controversial preacher Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere also known as Prophet Odumeje, six months after the trio attended the first memorial service of founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) Prophet TB Joshua on June 5, 2022.
Joshua died on June 5, 2021 following Emmanuel TV partner’s meeting, exactly a week to his 58th birthday.
Rita who calls Odumeje and TB Joshua her spiritual fathers posted a video of herself, Jerry and Odumeje via Instagram on Friday, frolicking together.
In the video, a happy Rita could be seen hailing the cleric who also showered praises on the actress and called her the daughter of a lion.
Captioning the video, Rita who is currently in Onitsha, Anambra State said they were getting ready for a vigil set to hold in Odumeje’s church.
The August Meeting actress also bragged about having the backing of many prophets wherever she goes.
During TB Joshua’s memorial service, Rita Edochie was seen trying to hold back her tears as the choir sang in honour of the late SCOAN leader.
“All the lord’s general, they don’t last, they don’t stay long. Once they come and do what they are supposed to do, they are gone. Senior prophet TB Joshua, he is gone, God’s general, he is gone. May he keep resting in the lord,” she said in a video she posted.
