Revolution Plus Property Development Company Limited has debunked allegations that it defrauded customers after some of its brand ambassadors were called out on social media.

The company said in a statement posted to its Instagram page on Tuesday that it was built on integrity and trust.

“Our attention has been drawn to certain allegations, assertions and false accusations levied against RevolutionPlus Property Development Company Limited,” the statement read.

“We wish to state categorically that RevolutionPlus Property was built on integrity and trust; and this has remained our modus operandi over these past few years.

“We wish to state that as it is with every business entity, there will always be a few dissatisfied customers but we wish to make some clarifications on the series of complaints and allegation levelled against us as this will enable us resolve all underlying issues.”

The company founded in 2014 said it is a proud owner of over 40 estates with several declared sold out and over 5,000 subscribers both in and out of the country.

“Currently in our portfolio we have 19 landed properties and 7 houses (4 completely built) still selling,” it said.

“As per the policy of the company, once a property has been fully paid for we provide a provisional letter of allocation which states that allocation is done between 3 to 6 months after full payment has been made.

“As a result of the high volume of subscribers who subscribe to our estates, allocations are often done in batches and often times we may exceed the time frame given for allocation. (This is duly communicated to the clients, informing them of a later date in which allocation would be carried out.).”

It also listed some of the estates allocated in Lekki, Eluju areas of Lagos among others.

The company acknowledged that some clients have made full payments but have not been given their allocation within the said timeline, for such clients it said it was working “round the clock” to ensure such pending allocations are resolved.

The real estate company, whose group managing director and chief executive is Bamidele Onalaja, tagged its ambassadors – Toyin Abraham, Brodda Shaggi, Odunlade Adekola and Testimony Jaga – to the post.
