This was disclosed in a statement issued on Wednesday by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media Yinka Oyebode.

According to the statement, Mrs Tinubu, who is also chairman of the Renewed Hope Initiative, will be accompanied by some state first ladies and government officials.

She is expected to be received by Governor Biodun Oyebanji, his wife Olayemi Oyebanji and other state officials.

During the visit, the First Lady will inaugurate an ICT centre at Ekiti State University built through the Renewed Hope Initiative.

She is also scheduled to meet traditional rulers under the Ekiti State Traditional Rulers’ Council.

The statement added that Oluremi Tinubu would launch the All Progressives Congress (APC) women’s campaign rally for Governor Oyebanji’s re-election at the Ekiti Parapo Pavilion in Ado-Ekiti.

According to the statement, the Renewed Hope Initiative has carried out at least 16 intervention programmes in Ekiti State since 2023.

The programmes include financial and material support for women, youths, students, farmers, small businesses, vulnerable households and persons with disabilities.
