Singer Peter Okoye has warned against what he described as efforts to silence him over his comments on insecurity and governance in Nigeria.

Peter, who is one half of the music duo P-Square, made the statement on X on Sunday, where he reacted to online criticism trailing his recent remarks on insecurity in the country.

In his post, he wrote:“The way I’m about to start speaking out on insecurity and bad governance in Nigeria, all these N3k sponsored attackers better get ready. If una wan cancel me, make una line up well. Cos me to I DONE FALL OUT!”.

Peter has in recent years been vocal on political and social issues in Nigeria, often using his social media platforms to comment on governance, accountability, and national concerns alongside other entertainers who have also joined public debates on civic matters.

His latest post comes amid continued public concern over insecurity in parts of the country, where reports of violence, attacks, and safety challenges have remained a recurring issue in national discussions about security response and government intervention.
