Presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the February 25 poll Peter Obi on Tuesday joined several others in London to celebrate media mogul Dele Momodu on his 63rd birthday.

Mr Momodu shared videos and pictures of Obi and others on Instagram feasting with him at his London home.

There, Obi met several persons including human capital development and business transformation strategist, Dayo Olomu; and UK-based Nigerian pastor Tobi Adegboyega.

Momodu said he was “most honoured to welcome” Obi to his home.

Giving more information, he said, “We both flew into London last Sunday and he had promised to drop by today despite his tight schedules… He met other friends in the house, including @tobiadegboyega_ , @yemiedundf , Dozy Mmobuosi, Chairman Dan Ngerem and his delightful wife Angela, Princes Adedamola & Adeyemi Aderemi, @eniolahen, Dayo Olomu, Yetunde Oduwole.”

The birthday party was put together by Momodu’s sons — Pekan, Yole and Eniafe. His last child Enikore could not make it home for the party.

Bob Dee, as Momodu is famously called, reminded Enikore who sent him good wishes via a video that age is only in the mind and he is not so old.

He said, “My Besto and Baby of our family ENIKOREWAFUNMI MOMODU thanks for finding time to reach out to me despite your exam pressure… Your Brothers are really taking care of me.

“Your second Daddy Pekan has ordered me cakes… Yole has worked so hard preparing for a few guests… Eniafe came in from Paris this morning… Love you all… Let me note that Daddy isn’t so old because age is in the mind… I’m very current and give GOD all the glory.”
