Pastor Peace Ibiyeomie lays curses on women accused of breaking marriages

Peace Ibiyeomie, wife of David Ibiyeomie, has laid curses on women accused of having relationships with married men, saying they would face consequences.

Speaking during a viral Mother’s Day sermon shared on Tuesday at Salvation Ministries in Rivers State, Pastor Ibiyeomie said women who take other people’s husbands would not enjoy the outcome of such relationships.

“”Every woman that somebody has taken your husband, the lady that took your husband is cursed. It will never be well with her. She will not eat the fruit of your labour, cancer will ravage her. She’ll die a premature death. She’ll not live out of her days. The children will be vagabonds,” she said.

She also advised married women to avoid keeping close friendships with divorced women who are unwilling to reconcile with their former husbands or remarry.

According to her, some divorced women discourage others from marriage while still maintaining relationships with men privately. “Do not follow a divorcee as your friend even if she is your sister. Teach her, either she reconciles with her husband or she remarries,” she said.

The cleric said some single and divorced women publicly claim men are not important while continuing intimate relationships in private.

She urged women not to allow failed marriages influence how they relate with others. “That your marriage is broken does not mean you should break another person’s marriage,” she added.

Peace Ibiyeomie also encouraged women to keep relationships that would positively influence their lives and homes.
