Ebuka Songs acknowledges Moses Bliss’ impact on career

Gospel singer Ebuka Songs has expressed gratitude to his former label boss Moses Bliss, acknowledging the role he played in his music career and ministry.

In a message shared online, Ebuka praised Moses Bliss for helping shape his journey as an artiste and minister.

“I cannot talk about my success story without mentioning you. Thank you for shaping me musically. Transitions can happen, but God is not done with us yet,” he stated.

The message reflects the relationship between both gospel singers, who worked together under Moses Bliss’ record label Spotlite Nation before Ebuka’s departure.

Ebuka joined the label in 2023 after gaining attention with songs such as ‘I Will Pray’ and ‘Calling My Name.’ His exit in 2024 later generated public discussion, with some reports and online conversations suggesting a disagreement between both sides.

However, Moses Bliss addressed the matter during The Experience concert in Lagos in December 2024, saying there was no conflict between them. He explained that Ebuka chose to continue his ministry independently despite having a contract and that the decision was made amicably.

Ebuka has also previously explained that he left to focus fully on what he described as his calling in ministry. He noted that he remains thankful to Moses Bliss for the guidance he received while under the label, including support in understanding the business side of music such as royalties and copyright.
