Actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has said she is certain that her colleague Genevieve Nnaji will soon address rumours about her mental breakdown.

Genevieve became a subject of discussion in May 2022 after it was rumoured that she had been admitted to a hospital in the US following an alleged mental health crisis.

Several colleagues like Tonto Dikeh, Susan Peters, Georgina Onuoha, Rachael Okonkwo and Juliana Olayode stormed social media to support her.

Speaking on the matter in a recent Twitter post Omotola said she believes her colleague will address concerned fans very soon.

The conversation started after a fan asked, “Say some thing on Genevieve’s condition please.”

“Don’t have anything to say to you unfortunately but I’m sure she’ll speak to her fans very soon,” the 44-year-old replied.

In 2019, Omotola described the rumours of enmity with Genevieve as ‘childish’.

The movie stars have appeared in several movies together including Blood Sisters, Sisters Enemy, Ije and Games Women Play.
