Filmmaker Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde’s movie Mother’s Love has crossed N100.8 million at the box office.
Distribution group Nile Entertainment shared the update on Instagram on Monday, celebrating the film’s performance across West Africa.

Mother’s Love was released in cinemas across Nigeria on March 6, after premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2025.
The film marks Omotola’s directorial debut and features a cast that includes Ifeanyi Kalu, Lilian Afegbai, Nosa Rex and Olumide Oworu.
Ahead of the release, Omotola said she would donate 100 per cent of the film’s proceeds to Slum2School Africa to support children in underserved communities. She made the announcement during a private screening of the film in Lagos.
Omotola, who rose to prominence in the 1990s, remains active in Nollywood as an actress, producer and filmmaker.
