Olamide releases new single ‘Motigbana’

Recording artiste and rapper, Olamide, has announced the release of his new single titled ‘Motigbana’.

‘Motigbana’ which translates to ‘I have caught fire’ is vintage Olamide with a vibey dancehall feel, playful lyrics and mellow flow.

He took Instagram on Wednesday to announce that the music alongside its video is out.

The song was produced by Killertunes.

Olamide is known to mostly record his song in Yoruba, his native tongue. He released his debut studio album Rapsodi while signed to Coded Tunes.

YBNL, his follow-up album, was released under his label imprint YBNL Nation. The album was supported by the singles ‘First of All’, ‘Voice of the Street’, ‘Stupid Love’, and ‘Ilefo Illuminati’.

He has since gone on to release hit singles such as ‘Wo’, ‘Science Student’ and ‘Shakiti Bobo’.
