Fashion stylist Noble Igwe has commended Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo over the demolition of a church owned by Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere aka Odumeje in Onitsha.

Noble Igwe hailed Soludo in a Twitter post on Thursday, adding that the governor did what the Lagos State Government has failed to do in Dophin and Park View Estates.

He tweeted: “What Charles Soludo did is what Lagos state government has failed to do in Dolphin & Park View Estate, it takes major balls.”

The church, Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, is located at Bida Road, off Creek Road, Fegge-Onitsha.

It was in April 2022 marked by the Anambra State Physical Planning Board (ANSPPB) for outright demolition.

According to the board, the church blocks water flow at the Nwangele-Bida drainage.

A video of Odumeje’s clash with security personnel has since gone viral. In the video, the clergyman is assaulted for attempting to stop the demolition.
