Nkem Owoh, Mr Latin to star in new movie

Veteran comic actors Nkem Owoh and Mr Latin are currently working on a new movie as the comedians have shared a photo of themselves while filming on set.

The movie stars recently uploaded the photo on Instagram.

“Here as the high priest,” Nkem Owoh captioned his photo.

Excited fans took to the comment section of the post to express their anticipation.

Although none of the veterans gave any detail about the project, it is believe that it is going to be a comedy film as both actors are best known for their comic roles.

Nkem Owoh started his career with the 1987 film Things Fall Apart which also stars veteran actor Pete Edochie.

In 2003 he was cast as the lead in the hit film Osuofia in London which received global success.

He has since then been featured in several movies like Bus Driver, My Kingdon Come, Lion Heart, A Fool at 40, The Prince, The Master and Stronger Than Pain which he bagged Best Actor in a Leading Role at the 2008 Africa Movie Academy Award (AMAA).

Born Bolaji Amusan, Mr Latin is the President of the Theater Arts and Motion Pictures Producers Association of Nigeria.

He began his career in 1988 and has featured in movies like Egun Igbeyawo, Faworaja, Obajobalo, Baba Insurance, Alakada and Eegun Mogaji.
