Mercy Aigbe has shared a throwback video from one of her early days on a movie set, reflecting on her first experience working alongside veteran actress Sola Sobowale.

Mercy’s breakthrough in Nollywood came in 2006 when she featured in the film Ara, which brought her into the spotlight and marked her rise to wider recognition in the industry. She had earlier appeared in television soap operas such as Papa Ajasco before transitioning fully into films.
Sola Sobowale, who has been active in the industry for decades, remains one of Nollywood’s most respected figures, known for her performances across both film and television.
