A Nigerian man, Nwose Bernard, has begged for 3,000 retweets on a tweet he posted on Friday.
Mr Bernard, known on Twitter as @NwoseBenny, said his request for 3,000 retweets was a condition for his girlfriend to pay her bride price.
“My girlfriend said if I have 3000 retweet, she will pay her bride price for me! Help your guy and retweet please oo,” he wrote.
His tweet had recorded 42 retweets as at press time, including that of publisher of Ovation Magazine, Dele Momodu.
