“2010 when I met my ex-husband through his late friend John (rip) He will come to our house but I won’t give him attention,
I will always chase him away Until my younger brother Francis Obi began to make jokes that made me listen to his late friend, that was how my mother met him at our staircase at Onitsha..she brought him upstairs and warned him that she didn’t want any destroyer but a suitor but if he has good intentions, he should come straight to them.

“From that day he became friends with my mum and always visited her not me because I don’t like him from my mum,I began to give it a trial, I realised he stayed in one room with no window plus he was with his elder brother Chika Oti (who chase him away because of the woman Chiazor oti he wants to marry( both are still husband and wife for 15years without paying her bride price)
My ex-husband would always be sad and go to beer parlour a lot.
I comforted him and always prayed with him until he started using people’s shops to make money(we call it OSO AHIA) at Gwogwolo line, ogbo lace.

“So sad, because he talks about marriage, I accepted him because my family accepted him, he impregnated me. When I told him that, he was shocked, and gave me excuses that he wants to travel abroad, he is still young, he is not ready, his family will be mad at him(I was confused because he introduced me to his elder brother and younger sis chika and Udoka Peace, gave me and my family hope of marriage and the way he walks alone because of what his elder brother Chika Jeremiah oti and his wife Didi to him)

“I thought it was a joke, I first of all.. hid it from my parents because we were going through a lot at that time. I tried to see him..he blocked me everywhere and wouldn’t stay at home until I was fed up with life and I imagined the disgrace on my family with all the happening. I TRIED TO KILL MYSELF BY MIXING A PORTION OF INSECTICIDE & KEROSINE in a friend’s house that knows him.”
