How to avoid getting robbed in South Africa, by Basketmouth

Basketmouth has reacted to the reported robbery attack on musician, Davido, and Miss Heritage Nigeria 2015, Benedicta Akpana, in South Africa.
The comedian who is gearing up for a trip to Johannesburg, the country’s capital for the Comedy Central International Comedy Festival, has declared ahead of time that he does not have much robbery value.
Unlike Davido who reportedly went to South Africa with a Rolex wristwatch and about $50,000, the 37-year-old humour merchant says he will be travelling with N10 notes and a plastic timepiece.
The award winning comedian posted a picture of the notes and watch on Instagram on Monday with the caption “I think I’m all packed for my trip to Johannesburg for the Comedy Central International Comedy Festival. (Just trying to let those boys know that I’m going to be a waste of their time)”.
Born Bright Okpocha, Basketmouth will perform alongside comedians from around the world including Trevor Noah, Jeff Ros, Salvador and Schalk Bezuidenhou at the festival which is scheduled to hold at Silverstar Casino, Johannesburg, South Africa from November 25 to December 5.
