Hit and run saga: Timaya lied, lady reacts, demands justice

Osinubi Damilola, the lady whose sister accused singer Timaya of hit and run, has countered the singer’s statement, claiming that he hit her with his G wagon and ran away.

Damilola made the allegation in a statement uploaded on Instagram on Tuesday.

According to the woman, Timaya requested her phone number after hitting her car but she refused because she did not know who he was at first. After introducing himself as Timaya she still refused to give him her number.

Angered by her actions, she alleged Timaya zoomed off, knocking her down with the car and dragging her along the road which caused the injuries she sustained.

“How can you tell the whole world you didn’t notice you hit a car? I knocked on your side window to draw your attention only for you to bully me as a woman. You eventually carried out your threats and ran away. 7 days to the event you’re yet to apologize to me in person or even feel remorseful but rather you’re posting no pressure while I’m in pain. You are a kind of person whose sense of pride won’t allow him to feel the guilt of nonchalant attitude you displayed all through the whole scenes,” the statement read in parts.

Speaking further, she said: “Timaya Inetimi @timayatimaya you are wicked and heartless. You painted your wicked act of hit and run with emotion. Thank God @glbmedia @ijeomadaisy @instablog9ja and others that called you out if not you won’t tender an apology to your fan.

“Your conscience will continue to judge you cause you intentionally hit me off with your green G wagon boasting that you are a celebrity, your lawyer came and sympathize with me in general hospital at about 10:30 PM and Your lawyer said this is too much for someone to let it slide.

“The pains you inflicted on me by your recklessness and no respect for womanhood. The permanent scar you inflicted on me intentionally. All I want is justice as he isn’t feeling remorse because he should not go scot-free to serve as a deterrent for others.”
