Happy 30th: Nigerians hail Buhari, Aisha on 30th wedding anniversary

Nigerians have begun celebrating President Muhammadu Buhari and wife, Aisha, on their 30th wedding anniversary.

Just a week ago, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and wife, Dolapo, celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary.

Buhari, however, married Aisha Halilu on December 2, 1989, after divorcing his first wife, Safinatu Yusuf, in 1988.

His marriage to Aisha has produced five children in addition to the five he had with Safinatu.

Nigerians on Twitter have hailed the first couple, wishing them all the best.
